The hotel is great and brilliant, nestled in a nice building with park views. The location is central. For tea and goodies visit Gelateria Azzaro, located close by. The indoor restaurant in the property is awesome.

Good loocation, nice double room. In fact, they do have internet in the lobby, though it is written that they don't. Fairly 3 star hotel

Extremely poor breakfast, not very nice staff. They did not allow me to bring breakfast to my room for my wife myself: "she has to get up early". Unbelievably.

best thing about the hotel is the attention and friendliness of the staff, in the cafeteria and at the reception. hotel has the great detail of leaving one mobile phone per room, is very useful (especially for travellers who do not come from the European Union). My room was wide, with an interesting distribution and a comfortable bed (the pillow a little less), in which perhaps some small chair or table was missing in the place occupied by an immense sofa. hotel and its decoration are modern and very clean. shower tray is very large and water pressure works phenomenally, leaving perhaps little space for the toilet and bidet. room was very well soundproofed. breakfast was generous and varied, missing the quality touch of the personalized coffee and natural juice.

One of the hotel's shortcomings is its unique, small, very busy elevator. The gastronomic offer of lunch and dinner was not very varied and of poor quality for the few guests who decided to eat without leaving the hotel.

    huge room
    clean accommodations

I had a fantastic stay! The breakfast was amazing with a great variety, and the room was huge and super clean. Plus, having a smartphone in the room was a game changer!

hotel is very new and facilities are very good. staff is very nice and they always attend you with a smile. we arrived, Giulia was very kind and explained everything about our stay and showed us all the points of interest on the map she gave us. She also explained perfectly how to move from the hotel to all the points of interest. Without a doubt a very pleasant surprise that we have used a lot.

Location and little variety at breakfast. When I chose this hotel I thought it would be closer to the center and that's the only thing that didn't convince me completely, although 10 minutes away there is a subway stop and in front of the hotel a bus stop if you like to walk and kick it's a bit far away the truth, on the other hand the breakfast is rich but not very varied, you have just enough and every day is the same, in the end it's a bit tiring for 4 or 5 days

    cleanliness
    crowded breakfast

This will save you time and money

A well-located hotel, just a short walk from Termini and major sights. The basic double room was stylish yet compact was great. Cleanliness was exemplary with daily housekeeping. The rooftop bar offers a decent spot to unwind, although the breakfast area can get crowded. A convenient choice!

It's my second time in Rome and I've already stayed in this area, I changed hotels and it was a great success. hotel is in an area very close to metro stops and termini station, in the surroundings you can find restaurants and supermarkets. room has super high ceilings very nice and modern, bathroom is wide and bed super comfortable and all very new. It also has a minibar and a mobile phone to take you around the city at your disposal in the room. In our case, we stayed in two rooms, one triple and one double, were super spacious and with plenty of space. breakfast is quite good, I would improve it by changing some options according to the days, since during the whole week it was the same. staff is very friendly and they explain everything very well and they solved several little problems with pleasure.

The room at the entrance was very clean, but during the stay the cleanliness can be improved since we were there for a week and it was noticeable.

Rooftop bar with views of Rome, modern and well-designed rooms, high-speed WiFi access

The small breakfast area causes crowding!!! Inconsistent water temperature in showers leads to uncomfortable bathing experiences!!! Room sizes can be misleading!!!

It was just a great match for a quick layover in Rome with very good value for money. The rooftop bar was nice, though the drinks were quite expensive. Consider exploring nearby dining options for better value.
